+C2FUe‑LS takes part in a webinar on e‑fuels and climate neutrality

On 28 November 2025, the +C2FUe‑LS project contributed to the online webinar “E‑fuels: a pillar to achieve climate neutrality in transport and industry”, organised by the Repsol Foundation University Chair at Carlos III University of Madrid.

The +C2Fue-LS project coordinator, Vanesa Gil from Fundación Hidrógeno Aragón, joined a panel of experts to discuss the technologies and pathways enabling the deployment of e‑fuels projects across Europe. The webinar brought together stakeholders from academia, industry and research to explore how renewable fuels can contribute to decarbonising both transport and industrial sectors.

During her intervention, Vanesa Gil highlighted the strategic role of green hydrogen and e‑fuels in achieving climate neutrality. She also presented an overview of the +C2FUe‑LS project, outlining its objectives, innovative approach and contribution to the development of sustainable fuel solutions.

The webinar aimed to share knowledge, encourage dialogue and foster synergies between transport and industry, underlining the importance of collaborative approaches to accelerate the deployment of renewable fuels at scale.
